The session started from understanding stress and very smoothly ended towards an activity that proved to be mindful and fun at the same time. It also helped me open my creative mind & recognize the uncontrollable stresses that I need to let go.
If your day revolves largely around work, like mine, you often forget to pause, reflect and assess. Bushra’s session took me to that place which I believe makes me a better person, employee and leader.
