With pleasure, I’ve personally witnessed your journey in bringing mindfulness and introspection and we feel the calm coming to terms with ourselves. I can see this is your passion and hopefully you will pursue and enjoy.
I had a really nice time. It was an outer body experience where you just let the physical aspect of your body and walk into another space.

Great relaxation session. We all needed it badly, we are going through a tough phase … we permanently need to include this somehow in our daily routine.
If your day revolves largely around work, like mine, you often forget to pause, reflect and assess. Bushra’s session took me to that place which I believe makes me a better person, employee and leader.
