Private Yoga Class

A personalized practice designed entirely around you — your body, your energy, your needs.

These one-on-one sessions adapt to your physical condition and emotional state, offering support for anxiety, stress, body stiffness, pain relief, or low-energy days. For women, sessions are also be tailored around the menstrual cycle, bringing comfort and balance through every phase.

This is yoga as healing — helping you move with more ease, awareness, and mindfulness.
Available in-person and online.

Group Yoga Class

Gentle, alignment-based movement to support your body and mind.

Many of my students have found relief from period discomfort, joint pain, bloating, and everyday physical strain through this consistent, healing practice.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a softer, more restorative approach to movement.

The session today felt so personal, I was feeling so so bitter, had a heated argument with someone right before the session 🙈 Considering we never discussed what was hurting the most today, leave it to you to literally take all negativity out from each vein of the body and fill in so much light in the mind and heart ♥️ Thank you so much Bushra for the effort you’ve put in curating this class today, loved it

The class was really amazing, last week as well my shoulder pain vanished. Also I slept really well last Friday. Today I came with lower back pain and some stiffness in the shoulder. Overall I was really frustrated just before joining class on work stuff, but now I feel completely relaxed and calm.

I was very tensed before coming to the class. My body was not supporting me... but as I was going with the flow, it kept getting better. The posture with bolster for the shoulders was amazing. My body went deep into it and I felt like sleeping. My spine felt relaxed.

I really loved how you started the session with relaxing the shoulders up and down while syncing it with breathing. It was the first time attempting yoga in my life, and I was amazed at the liveliness I felt in my mood right after. I got a one-on-one session from Bushra which was catered exactly to my needs. It really helped being assured throughout the session that she is watching, and she kept adjusting my posture whenever needed. Overall it was a very calming experience for me, and helped me add to my daily movement goal.
