My shoulders really enjoyed the stretches today ! I feel a step ahead in my mobility since the day i started 🫶🌻
I had pain in my knee and back, but l am feeling much better now after two classes.

The session today felt so personal, I was feeling so so bitter, had a heated argument with someone right before the session 🙈
Considering we never discussed what was hurting the most today, leave it to you to literally take all negativity out from each vein of the body and fill in so much light in the mind and heart ♥️

Thankyou Bushra for giving such a beautiful class like always. My body finds the deep stretches more relaxing. Hugging the inner child was so peaceful.Also setting intention for the next week caring wisdom , intuition ,love and softness for myself is truly a beautiful feeling to start my week ahead. Your every class is so therapeutic and calming that .i felt so light after today's yoga therapy session. Especially letting go of tightness and releasing burdens out of our shoulders and overall body

The class was really amazing, last week as well my shoulder pain vanished. Also I slept really well last Friday. Today I came with lower back pain and some stiffness in the shoulder. Overall I was really frustrated just before joining class on work stuff, but now I feel completely relaxed and calm.
I was very tensed before coming to the class. My body was not supporting me... but as I was going with the flow, it kept getting better. The posture with bolster for the shoulders was amazing. My body went deep into it and I felt like sleeping. My spine felt relaxed.

Hi, The session was a great help. I didn't have to take even one painkiller today. Normally I take painkillers every 4 hours.

It was the first time attempting yoga in my life, and I was amazed at the liveliness I felt in my mood right after. I got a one-on-one session from Bushra which was catered exactly to my needs.
It really helped being assured throughout the session that she is watching, and she kept adjusting my posture whenever needed. Overall it was a very calming experience for me, and helped me add to my daily movement goal.

Here's a thank you note from me for conducting a loving and kindness meditation session with me. In these times when everyone's mental health is under a test these 15-20 minutes were exactly what were needed to get the mind on the right track and have a clearer outlook upon things.

Hi Bushra! | loved the meditation session today, I was facing burnout earlier so the body scan and relaxation techniques felt really good. I took your meditation session today and I was really delighted to see myself relaxed and calm after such a while. I really loved how you started the session with relaxing the shoulders up and down while syncing it with breathing.
