Yoga Therapy

Initially I started yoga to improve my flexibility & manage stress. But the Ramadan Yoga sessions have been a game changer for me. It provides me with a sense of calm and mindfullness that I carry throughout the day and my body has adapted to the affirmations as well. We need to be kind to ourselves and our body. I was surprised to explore somethings I thought I was never capable of. But it has helped me feel energetic without tiredness together with my flexibility during offering my prayers.

Regular Yoga Group Class

Ive been practicing with her for the last 3 years and i can very proudly say that ive noticed some major changes in myself.
