Initially I started yoga to improve my flexibility & manage stress. But the Ramadan Yoga sessions have been a game changer for me. It provides me with a sense of calm and mindfullness that I carry throughout the day and my body has adapted to the affirmations as well. We need to be kind to ourselves and our body. I was surprised to explore somethings I thought I was never capable of. But it has helped me feel energetic without tiredness together with my flexibility during offering my prayers.

Ive been practicing with her for the last 3 years and i can very proudly say that ive noticed some major changes in myself. My stamina, energy, posture, balance and overall body movements have improved significantly. For a person like me who suffers from muscular pains and stiffness, the regular classes from Bushra has helped me alot . She even makes sure most of the times to focus more on our problem areas to help relieve them. Her sessions make u love your body more ❤️
